If your tracking number has 10 to 11-digits including 'AQX', your order is sent through NZ Courier. You can track your order below link with the provided tracking number and Company account number:

Worldwide Shipping

365Health use NZ POST for international shipping. If you choose 'International courier', your parcel will be sending with track&trace service. You can track your order in the below link with the provided tracking number:

If you choose Air parcel or Air Sachet service, your parcel will be dispatched with an untracked option. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and high demand for air freight, These services expect major delays to delivery. Please find a delivery page for details.
