Return and Exchange Policy - New Zealand:
The return and exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date your parcel arrives at your address, including "card to collect." 365Health Ltd. will not offer a return or exchange if 14 days have passed since your parcel's arrival. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. For a simple change of mind return or exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Exchanges for damaged items with the box shipping option are possible. If you choose a track pack (Compostable Plastic bag) service and your item is damaged, no replacement will be offered. It is recommended to choose box package shipping to minimize the risk of damage. In case of a defective or damaged item, please contact 365Health Ltd. at online@365health.co.nz with descriptions and pictures. They will arrange a return label for your convenience. International Return and Exchange Policy:
The international return and exchange policy also lasts for 14 days from the date your parcel arrives in your country, including customs clearance. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, a return or exchange cannot be offered. International customers wanting to exchange items due to a simple change of mind need to arrange and pay for the shipping cost themselves. 365Health Ltd. will not arrange the return method for international customers. If the international order has defective or damaged items, the customer must provide pictures immediately, including the box and wrapping methods. 365Health will provide store credit or a gift card for the customer's future purchase. Unwanted items due to a simple change of mind are not accepted for return or exchange due to the high cost of shipping. If you have faced a special occasion, please contact online@365health.co.nz. Honey and bee products cannot be re-imported to New Zealand due to New Zealand laws. Returns and exchanges for such products are not possible. In the case of damaged or defective honey or bee products, a store credit will be provided.
Refund Policy - New Zealand:
The refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date your parcel arrives at your address, including "card to collect." To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain situations may result in partial refunds, such as items not in their original condition, damaged items, missing parts not due to the company's error, or returns made more than 30 days after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind refunds. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. If there is a mistake on the company's side, contact 365Health Ltd. at online@365health.co.nz before returning the item. They will arrange a return label for your convenience. If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
