Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZT on a business day are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Within New Zealand

We use NZ Post, NZ Couriers and Post Haste for domestic deliveries. The best option is chosen automatically based on the size and weight of your order.

Service Details
TrackPak Overnight service for urban NZ addresses. Some large items may not qualify due to size.
Box Shipping Better protection for fragile items. Typically takes 3–5 business days.
NZ Couriers Used for certain items better suited to business-address delivery.

All domestic orders include tracking and require a signature on delivery.

Free shipping on orders over $99 (some heavy or oversized items may be excluded — see checkout for final shipping cost).

International orders typically take 7–14 business days, depending on destination. Tracked and untracked options are available at checkout where applicable.

Please note: 365Health is a retailer, not a customs authority. While we'll do our best to help with delivery questions, it's the customer's responsibility to check their country's customs regulations before ordering — especially for restricted or quantity-limited items.

Order Size Limits

  • Maximum 10 items per box, with a maximum of 8 items per category.
  • Orders over 10 items will automatically be split into multiple boxes, dispatched every second day.
  • If ordering more than 10 items, please select the multiple box option at checkout.

Loss & Damage Protection

Every package is covered for loss or damage up to NZD $249.99.

Note: Damage to fragile items shipped in a compostable bag (instead of a protective box) is not covered — we recommend choosing Box Shipping for fragile products.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. For more detail on how to read your tracking number, see our Tracking Information page.
