📦Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Orders are typically shipped within 3 days after full payment is received. However, delays may occur depending on stock availability.

Shipping Method:
Shipping methods vary depending on the country selected by the customer.

• Domestic (New Zealand):
  Orders are delivered via our courier partner, NZ POST and NZ Courier(POST HASTE).
  You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided on the NZ POST/NZ Courier website.
• International (excluding South Korea and China):
  Orders are shipped via DHL Express or NZ POST.
  International shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
• Shipping to South Korea:
  Orders are delivered via KOREA POST.
• A maximum of 6 health supplements can be shipped per order.
• Up to 5kg of honey products can be shipped per order.
• You must provide your Personal Customs Code (PCC) for delivery.
  The PCC can be entered in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.
• From August 8, 2025, customs clearance may be delayed or rejected if the recipient's full name, PCC, and mobile phone number do not match

• Regarding Deer Antler Products

  • Deer Antler products shipped to South Korea requires an additional quarantine inspection fee of NZD $15.
  • This fee applies up to 2 Deer Antler items per order.
  • The inspection fee is not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • If your order includes Deer Antler products, we will contact you separately to arrange payment for the inspection fee before dispatch.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic (New Zealand):
• Free shipping for orders over NZD $99. Excludes selected items such as duvets. 
• Orders under NZD $99 are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated based on the weight, item quantity, and delivery distance (additional fees apply for rural areas).

• International:
  Shipping fees vary depending on the courier services available in each country.
  Shipping costs may fluctuate based on courier circumstances and will not be individually notified.
  Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the weight of the products in your order.

Delivery Time

• Domestic (New Zealand):
  Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 days for deliveries to rural areas and the South Island.
• International:
  Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and courier services.

Tax Policy

• Domestic (New Zealand):
  All prices displayed on the 365health website include New Zealand GST.
• International Orders:
  

  Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of any applicable duties and taxes is required for customs clearance.

• For deliveries to the United States :

  Effective 24 February 2026 (EST), most goods imported into the United States are subject to a 10% import duty under a temporary U.S. Government measure.

  Any applicable U.S. import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may change without notice.

  • 검역비는 상품 가격 및 배송비에 포함되지 않으며, 추가 결제가 필요합니다.
  • 녹용 제품이 포함된 주문의 경우, 발송 전 검역비 결제를 위해 별도로 연락드리겠습니다.

• 뉴질랜드: $99 이상 무료, $99 미만은 무게, 아이템 수량, 거리에 따라 배송비 산정 (Rural 지역 추가 요금 발생)

• 국제 배송: 국가·무게별 자동 계산 (택배사 사정에 따라 변동 가능)

  국제: 국가 및 택배사에 따라 상이

세금

• 뉴질랜드: GST 포함가

• 국제: 세금·관세는 고객 부담
