Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your parcel was delivered to your address, including 'card to collect', unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where returns are not accepted:
Please provide images of the contents. Typically, we offer a store credit for future purchases due to the high cost of returns. If there is a mistake on our side, please contact us first, and we will arrange a comprehensive solution.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at online@365health.co.nz.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items that are defective/damaged or for a change of mind.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for a simple change of mind exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost will vary depending on your location.
