Payments

We provide secure payment procedures provided by the Shopify platform.

Customers will be able to pay through various different methods and will be provided a guarantee* on purchase.

Shopify Payments powered by Stripe supports many different cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
This platform also supports accelerated checkouts including Shopify Pay and Apple Pay.

Once all items have been selected, press checkout and you will be led to a page where the customer details and delivery details will be filled out. Once all the delivery detail has been filled out, you will be directed to the payments page where you will have the option of selecting one of 3 different payment methods.

 

Visa/Master/AMEX card

 You will be asked to fill out the card information; this includes card number, name on card, expiry dates, and the CVV number. Please note that all credit card transactions are fully secured.  

 

Paypal

When you select Paypal as your payment method, you won't need to fill out any information. Once you proceed with this selection, you will be directed to another page where you may login to your paypal account to make the payment.

 

Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are also available. Once selected, your order will immediately be processed and be ready for dispatch. You will then be directed to the order confirmation page where the payment details will be shown.

Please make the payment to: ASB 12-3233-0373100-00 with the order number as the reference. It is highly advised that you put the order number as the reference as this will speed up the delivery process.

 

Items will only be dispatched once the payment has been confirmed. 

 

*Guarantee

Return of faulty or incorrect products

365Health promises to provide products at its finest condition, and in certain circumstances where this has not been achieved we will accept full responsibility and happily accept exchange requests. 

You may return any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or a full refund. Once we have received the item, we will assess the item and then arrange a refund. If the fault was on our side, we will refund the original courier fee and send you the correct item at no shipping cost. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for this.

 

Return of unwanted products

Yes, we also provide refund for unwanted items. If you no longer need the item or simply just changed your mind, all you have to do is return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will aim to have the money in your account within 5 working days.

If the reason for return is not due to a fault by 365health, the return delivery is to be paid by the customer.
