Black Seed Oil has been cherished for thousands of years, with a history of use dating back to ancient Egypt, where it was found in the tombs of pharaohs. Historically referred to as the 'remedy for everything,' it symbolises deep traditional wisdom and restorative vigour. Green Trading brings this ancient treasure to you in its most authentic form, offering a liquid gold tonic that has been used across generations to maintain health and support a long, vibrant life.

Direction

• The Daily Tonic: Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 5ml) daily. It has a strong, peppery flavour; many prefer to follow it with a glass of water or a spoonful of raw honey to mellow the taste.

• Topical Application: Apply a few drops directly to the skin or scalp to support hydration and soothe irritation.

• The Synergy Strategy: For the ultimate Metabolic & Immune Stack, take Black Seed Oil alongside Green Trading Organic Ashwagandha. While Ashwagandha manages the stress response (cortisol), Black Seed Oil provides deep cellular protection, creating a powerful foundation for overall hormonal and physical resilience.

• Pro-Tip: If you find the liquid flavour too intense, you can stir your dose into a warm herbal tea or a smoothie to mask the peppery bite.

• Black Seed Oil for Dogs

This product may also support joint mobility, immunity, and digestion in dogs. The suggested amount is half a teaspoon per day for small to medium dogs and one teaspoon per day for large dogs. Always consult your veterinarian before use.
