Golden Fields Dandelion is made from roasted organic dandelion roots. Dandelion coffee helps combat liver problems, kidney problems and digestion problems. Dandelion is a mild natural laxative, a constipation remedy, a blood purifier, and an ideal diuretic due to its richness in minerals (it contains potassium, calcium, sodium, also phosphorous, iron, nickel, cobalt, tin, copper and zinc). Golden Fields Dandelion is commercially grown on certified organic farms in New Zealand.

Directions

  • Use 1 teaspoon per cup or one heaped tablesppon per litre water.
  • Simmer five minutes then strain.
  • Alternatively steep in hot water or percolate. Infuse ten minutes
  • With Coffee: in a percolator use two parts coffee to one part dandelion granules. Prepared this way, coffee is more digestible and refreshing

      China

      We offer delivery service to China using FTD (traceable). Please read the following instructions for customs restrictions and rules as you are responsible to follow the customs and tax regulations.

      • You must provide a shipping address in Chinese.
      • China customs has required front and back of China resident ID. Please upload the receiver's ID to: https://www.ftd.nz/uploads/ once we have dispatched your parcel. We do not take the responsibility for customs clearance.

      7. Taiwan

      All private consumers (consignees/importers) of shipments into Taiwan are required to download the EZWAY Customs application & register their mobile phone numbers. Each import shipment must go through the RNA process to allow the Customs Clearance of the goods.


      RETURNS

      New Zealand

      Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your parcel arrives at your address including 'card to collect'. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

      Please do not send your purchase without discussion. 

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
      * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (if applicable)
      * Information that is already described on the product page(e.g. product expiry date/clearance item / damaged discount)

      Please provide the image of the contents. We normally offer a store credit for your future purchase due to the high cost of return. If there is a mistake on our side, please contact us first. We will arrange a comprehensive solution. 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We will be happy to replace items whether they are defective/damaged or just a change of mind.

      Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for a simple change of mind exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping cost is vary depending on your location.
