Recommended Adult Dosage

• Adults(over 18 years): 10ml (2 metric tsp)
• Young Adults (14-18 years): 5ml (1 metric tsp)

• Young Children (1-8 years): 1ml (1/4 metric tsp)
• If unwell, tack recommended dose every 2 hours up to a maximum of 6 doses per day
