 International Delivery

International delivery may get delayed due to the shortage of flights. Hence, we strongly recommend you to choose a tracked shipping option for international delivery while COVID-19 continues as tracked shipping provides safer and faster delivery.

International Delays

We still are experiencing major international delays with parcels in and out of New Zealand due to insufficient airfreight capacity and COVID-19 government restrictions. We expect this to continue for some time. You can find out more information around international delays here.

Canada

Canada Post is currently experiencing significant backlogs at their Vancouver and Toronto processing facilities. As a result, please expect delays in the processing and last mile delivery of items dispatched to Canada.

Please note that the city of Toronto has entered lockdown for a month from 23th November on so if you are sending items to Toronto for Christmas, we advise you send as soon as possible to ensure delivery in time for Christmas or send with International Express Courier service. (Dated 17 Aug)

France

France has declared a nationwide lockdown due to increasing numbers of cases of COVID-19. As a result, delays are to be expected for items sent to France. (Dated 1 Nov)

 

Sending Honeys Outside New Zealand

  • Honey or Bee product must be addressed to a private individual (not a company). 

  • The maximum weight limit of any shipment including honey or bee products is 2kg (this is inclusive of the packaging and any other items in the package)

These regulations are set by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) not us.

 

Our goal with the online order is to process and dispatch within 1 day. We dispatch your order once the payment clears. If you place an order before 15:00 NZT, your parcel will be likely to be dispatched on a same day. Once your order is on the way, we email you tracking information of your parcel.

We offer a delivery service using Courier Post (tracked) and Aramex (tracked). We will choose the best option depending to a weight and a size of your order to ensure your parcel gets delivered to your door as soon as possible.
    Free Shipping - We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand when you spend more than $150 per order, up to 5 kg only. If you order over $150 but total weight exceeds 5 kg, we may charge you an extra charge.

        We offer delivery service to China using FTD (traceable). Please read the following instructions for customs restrictions and rules as you are responsible to follow the customs and tax regulations. 

        • You must provide a shipping address in Chinese. 
        • FTD offers compensation cover for loss or damage of up to NZD 249.99 for each package sent. 
        • The total quantity allowed in one box is 10 items maximum, while only 8 items are allowed with one category. If you purchase more than 10 items*, we will send your order with multiple boxes to avoid taxes and restrictions. Those boxes will be dispatched every alternate day. 
        • Restrictions and prohibited items are listed below:

        5. Hong Kong

        We offer a delivery service to Hong Kong using NZ Post and AramexPlease be noted that we do not guarantee the quantity limited and restricted items to ship to Hong Kong. You need to check out the Hong Kong custom policy before place an order.

        6. Qatar

        We offer a delivery service to Qatar using Aramex only. NZ Post does not ship to Qatar due to their situation at the moment.

        7. Other Countries

        We offer a delivery service to other countries which aren't listed above using NZ Post (Tracked and Non-tracked) or Aramex (Tracked) to some countries depending on the zone. Please find the options at the check out process.

        Due to new regulation from MPI, some honey products cannot be sent to some of the countries. Shipping availability will be updated in product descriptions.

        Product Policy

        We send the product that the expiry date is 6 month left at least. If a description does not notice the expiry date, the product expiry date is long enough for a common dose period. If the product expires within 6month and could not have noticed in the description, We will notify you an expiry date through message.

        This excludes clearance promotion.

        Return and Exchange

        Returns and Exchanges are happily accepted by 365Health. Customers will be eligible for a exchange or a refund as long as the product is returned with selling condition to us within 14 days of receipt.

        Return of faulty or incorrect products

        365Health promises to provide products at its finest condition, and in certain circumstances where this has not been achieved we will accept full responsibility and happily accept exchange requests. 

        You may return any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or a full refund. Once we have received the item, we will assess the item and then arrange a refund.
        If it is clear that the fault was on our side, we will make a full refund including the shipping fee and send you the correct item. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for this.

        All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

         

        Return of unwanted products

        Yes, we also provide refund for unwanted items. If you no longer need the item or simply just changed your mind, all you have to do is return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will aim to have the money in your account within 5 working days.
