Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are happily accepted by 365Health. Whether the reason is due to delivery of a faulty good or simply a change in mind, customers will be eligible for a exchange or a refund as long as the product is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please let a 365Health staff know of the situation in advance before sending back the product.

Please send the product to us at its best condition with the receipt, along with the reason for exchange.

 

Return of faulty or incorrect products

365Health promises to provide products at its finest condition, and in certain circumstances where this has not been achieved we will accept full responsibility and happily accept exchange requests. 

You may return any faulty item within 14 days of receipt of your order (as recorded by the courier) for an exchange for another product or a full refund. Once we have received the item, we will assess the item and then arrange a refund.
If it is clear that the fault was on our side, we will make a full refund including the shipping fee and send you the correct item. Please allow up to 5-10 working days for this.

All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

 

Return of unwanted products

Yes, we also provide refund for unwanted items. If you no longer need the item or simply just changed your mind, all you have to do is return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will aim to have the money in your account within 5 working days.
